¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The present applicants have invoked the inherent power of this Court under Section 482 CrPC beseeching the quashing of order dated 30.05.2023 passed by Additional District and Session Judge, Sambhal in Criminal Revision No.144 of 2022 (Rakesh and another vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as order dated

21.09.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal, both arising out of Criminal Case No.383 of 2022 (State vs. Rakesh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.591 of 2019, under Sections 452, 448, 323, 504, 506, 324, 308 I.P.C., P.S. Gunnaur, District Sambhal, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sambhal.

¶3After due deliberation at length, learned counsel for the applicants has prayed to dismiss the instant application as withdrawn.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection.
