¶1Heard Shri Puneet Kumar Pandey (AOR No.A/P 0542/2018) holding brief of Shri Aadesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2This petition has been filed by the plaintiff-petitioners seeking the following relief:- "i. issue suitable direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Court No.12, Allahabad to decide the Original Suit (O.S.) No.282 of 2020 (Satish Kumar and Others Versus Ravi Ranjan and Others), pending before him as early as possible within stipulated period or so fix by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3It appears that the petitioners filed Original Suit No.282 of 2020 seeking a relief of permanent injunction with regard to the suit property.

¶4A perusal of the certified copy of the order-sheet reveals that no order has been passed by the trial court as yet with regard to sufficiency of notice on the defendants. The suit was filed in the year 2020.

¶5It is, therefore, for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the trial court for expeditious consideration of the matter, and if such an application is filed, the trial court is required to consider the same expeditiously.
