19.08.2021. In this view of the matter, it is argued that present writ petition may also be decided in terms of the decision rendered in Writ Petition No.56868 of 2005. In view, thereof, present writ petition is also allowed in terms of the order dated 19.08.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.56868 of 2005. The impugned orders dated 22.12.2000 passed by the Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Firozabad, 24.01.2005 passed by Additional Commissioner Agra Division, Agra and judgment dated 19.7.2010 passed by Collector, Firozabad, are hereby quashed.
