14.11.2022. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that during the pendency of this application, he came to know that the compromise application dated 14.11.2022 of the parties concerned has been rejected by the trial court vide order dated

18.11.2022 but the same has not been challenged in the instant application, therefore, the applicants do not want to press this application at this stage and they may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of the applicant. In view of the statement made by Mr. Bishram Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
