¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court for early decision of Criminal Case No. 908/IX/2007 (State Vs. Balvir & others), arising out of Case Crime No. 263/2007, under Sections-379, 411 I.P.C. and 4/5 Electricity Wire and Transformers (Prevention and punishment of theft) Act, 1976, Police Station-Farah, District-Mathura, pending before the A.C.J.M., Court No. 2, Mathura.

¶3Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2007. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
