By means of the present application filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, 4th Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Magistrate, Ghaziabad to decide the Case No. 431 of 2012 (Smt. Anuradha VS. Anshul Mudgal & Others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Indrapuram District-Ghaziabad, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials brought on record as well as without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is disposed of by providing that the court below shall consider and decide the above mentioned case, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
