Learned Standing Counsel informed that an FIR has been lodged in the matter on 8.7.2023, at the instance of respondent No.4, father of petitioner No.1 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to seek any other remedy under criminal or civil law, which is available to them, before the competent Court or authority.
