Application No. 362 of 2022 (Satvir Singh vs. Vishal Gupta), u/s 340 Cr.P.C., P.S. Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, expeditiously. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the application u/s 340 Cr.P.C. is pending since 11.8.2022 and the same has not been disposed of by the court below despite expiry of more than one year. Considering the aforesaid submission, Additional District & Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act is directed to decide the Misc. Application No. 362 of 2022 (Satvir Singh vs. Vishal Gupta) filed in Complaint Case No. 1813 of 2019, expeditiously preferably within a period of three moths.
