¶1The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the Respondent no.2 not to vacate the premises of the petitioner, in which the bank is situated according to registered agreement dated 10-12-2018 for 15 years."

¶2The petitioner has remedy to file suit for eviction.

¶3In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
