¶1Heard Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prem Prakash Verma holding brief of Sri Om Prakash learned counsel for Respondent No.4

¶2Present writ petition has been filed for seeking execution of the injunction order dated 14.11.2022 passed by the Civil Judge

(JD), Court No.7, Fatehpur in Original Suit No. 625 of 2019.

¶3Suffice to note the writ court not being the executing court of the Civil Court, the writ petition is wholly misconceived.
