¶1Heard Sri Amit Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Devansh Rathore, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioners are before this Court seeking execution of decree in pursuance of judgment/order dated

17.5.2023 passed in Second Appeal No.447 of 1986.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has raised objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition and stated that the appropriate remedy available to the petitioners is to approach the concerned Court below.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Needless to say that it is always open to the petitioner to press his relief before appropriate Court.
