¶1Heard Shri Ram Prasad Kanaujiya, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.03.2022 in Case Crime No.231 of 2022, under Sections 366, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the Final Report No.166 of 2022 has been filed on 23.07.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
