¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 31.07.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0359 of 2023, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Saurikh, District Kannauj.

¶3No one is present to press this petition.

¶4Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
