22.08.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Jalaun at Orai in Session Trial No. 69 of 2023 (State Versus Satish Parihar), arising out of Case Crime No. 468 of 2017, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (r) (s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Konch, District Jalaun. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicant wants to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellant appears before the trial court within 20 days from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
