¶1Heard Sri Ram Sanehi Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent nos.1 to 3.

¶2In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not lodging FIR against respondent no.4 in pursuance of the complaint moved by him.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has raised objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition and stated that if the petitioner has any grievances whatsoever he may approach the appropriate forum for its redressal.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Needless to say that it is always open to the petitioner to press his relief before appropriate authority/Court.
