¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondent nos. 5 to 9 are interfering in the possession of the petitioner over his abadi plot despite order of temporary injunction having been passed by the concerned civil court. The petitioner seeks interference of the district administration and police authorities for protection of his rights.

¶2The petition does not involve any question of public law so as to occasion consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
