This is an application to recall the order dated 25.8.2014 by which the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. The petitioner has also filed an application for condonation of delay. Cause shown is sufficient. The delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. The delay condonation application as well as the restoration application are allowed. The order dated 25.8.2014 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
