¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the S.D.M./ Assistant Collector Saidpur Ghazipur to decide the suit No. T20081429426 (Ramesh Vs. Rajendra and others) pending in his court filed under Section 229 B of Land Revenue Act expeditiously within stipulated period."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Writ C No. 966 of 2021, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2021.

¶4In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the Court, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable.
