The present application has been filed for directing the Principal Judge Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 146 of 2022 (Neetu vs Shailendra), u/s 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Newadhiya, District Jaunpur, within the stipulated period. From perusal of the order sheet, it appears that written statement has been filed on 11.7.2023 by opposite party No.2 and application for interim maintenance of the applicant was allowed on 8.9.2023. From perusal of the order sheet, it does not appear that the court below is negligent in deciding her case, therefore, no positive direction for deciding the case in time bound manner can be issued. However, this court is sanguine that the Principal Judge Family Court, Jaunpur will expeditiously decide the Case No. 146 of 2022 (Neetu vs Shailendra), u/s 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.
