¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. To issue a writ order or directing the respondent no.2 and 3 not to alienate / sale the land in question plot no. 182 (area 0.0805 hectare), plot no.116-Sa (area 0.0650 hectare), plot no. 117 Sa area 0.0770 hectare), plot no.118 (area 0.0890 hectare), 119 (area 0.5300 hectare), plot no. 329 (area 0.0570 hectare), plot no. 330 (area 0.6320 hectare), plot no. 331/0.0080 hectare) plot no. 120/0.1250 hectare), plot no.121 /

3.1530 hectare) situated in village and Mauja Navali, Post-Makkhanpur, District Firozabad."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that no direction can be issued directing the privae respondent not to alienate the property.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
