Sri Gaurav Singh, learned cousnel for Electricity Department has brought to our notice that petitioner had filed earlier a compliant before the District Consumer Forum, Hamirpur and the relief which she had claimed in the District Consumer Forum, Hamirpur was similar to the relief which has been claimed in this writ petition. He states that filing of the complaint has not been disclosed in the writ petition, therefore, no interference be made by this Court in the instant writ petition. We do find substance in the submission of learned counsel for Electricity Department. No interference is warranted since concealment is evident from the pleadings.
