¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by private respondents over the Arazi No. 4194 area 6 Biswa and Arazi No. 4195 area 5 biswa (of second chak no. 69) situated in Mauza Gaura (Chhatari Ka Pura) Police Station Jigna, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh."

¶3It has been contended by learned Standing Counsel that there is a dispute between petitioner and the private respondents and by means of present petition, the petitioner intends to settle the private dispute, which is not permissible.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
