¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the C.J.M., Court No. 17, Deoria for early decision of Case No. 2144 of 2019 (State Vs. Shambhu Gaur and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 234 of 2017, under Sections-147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 452, 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Rampur Kharkhana, District-Deoria.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to C.J.M., Court No. 17, Deoria to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if possible, within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
