¶1The dispute in the present petition relates to the title of the petitioner of Plot No. 2869.

¶2The issue in the present writ petition involves disputed question of fact which can be decided only on evidence.

¶3The petitioner has the remedy to institute a suit before the appropriate court for declaration of his right and for recovery of his property.

¶4In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for consideration under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
