¶1Sri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Rajesh Kumar Sachan, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents no.l to 3 are present.

¶2Withdrawal Application No. 15 of 2023 dated 10.09.2023 has been filed by learned counsel for the applicant with the prayer that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.The respondents do not have any objection. Hence, this Withdrawal Application is allowed.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
