¶1Heard Shri Awadhesh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not to be issued to the third respondent.

¶3The petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :- "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful functioning of Ramleela Committee and also restrain the respondent no.3 to encroach the office as well as shop of Ramleela Committee."

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioners is confined his prayer for a direction directing the respondents to take a final on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2022, appended as Annexure no.6 to the writ petition, expeditiously.

¶5Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate, Ghazipur-second respondent to take a final call on the aforesaid representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
