¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 08.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 510 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Bhojipura, District Bareilly. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR.
