¶1Heard Sri V.K. Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri A.K. Pandey, Advocate for contesting-respondents.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging order dated

21.01.2023 whereby restoration application was allowed by reasons and matter was posted for hearing by Deputy Director of Consolidation.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner has made arguments on merit. However, as referred above, all the contentions on merit of both parties are still open, therefore, at this stage any comment on merit of case would adversely affect interest of either parties.

¶4In view of above, without interfering with impugned order, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that Deputy Director of Consolidation will decide revision within a period of six months from today without being influenced by the observations made in impugned order after hearing parties.
