¶2Case called out. No one is present to press this petition.

¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 31.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 311 of 2023, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Raya, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR.
