¶2Case called out. No one is present to press this petition.

¶3This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 21.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 381 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 392, 427, 354(Ka) and 354(Kha) IPC , Police Station Colonelganj, District Nagar (Commissionerate, Prayagraj). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR.
