¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Krishna Kant, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha.

¶2Petitioner has made a complaint to the District Magistrate, Hathras qua some malpractices by the sitting Pradhan.

¶3Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the instructions dated 28.10.2023 sent by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Hathras. The said instructions are taken on record. In the said instructions, it is averred that the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Hathras has constituted a two member Committee, which has submitted a report, wherein, the charges levelled in the complaint were not found correct and the same has been forwarded to the District Magistrate for taking a final decision in the matter.

¶4Once cognizance has been taken by the competent authority on the complaint of petitioner and inquiry has been conducted by the Committee, then we are not at all inclined to interfere in the matter. However, we hope and trust that the respondents Authorities would take a final call in the matter at the earliest.
