¶1Heard Sri Salman Ahmad, holding brief of Sri Sumit Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Awadhesh Prasad, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report 03.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 137 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Erach, District Jhansi, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
