¶1Heard Sri Tarunesh Srivastava, holding brief of Sri M.P.S. Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Prateek Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has filed an application for withdrawal of this writ petition and therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

¶3Sri Prateek Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.4 does not have any objection if this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
