Court No. - 67 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 17052 of 2023 Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 8 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Kunwar Mayank Singh,Ajai Kumar Srivastava,Ashok Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Rahul Chaturvedi,J. Hon'ble Mohd. Azhar Husain Idrisi,J. Heard Sri Kunwar Mayank Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the F.I.R. was registered way back on 24.03.2023 and no action has been taken by the police so far. From the prayer made in the writ petition, it is clear that only G.D. entry has been made and no F.I.R. has been lodged. The writ petition is pre-mature, therefore, no direction can be given by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 31.10.2023 Rmk. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
