¶2No one appears for the petitioners.

¶3The dispute between the parties relates to the validity of sale deed dated 26.10.2016 and the title of the parties over a particular plot.

¶4A perusal of the averments made in the writ petition show that the dispute is already pending before the civil court in Original Suit No. 432 of 2022 (Subedar Singh and others Vs. Nahar Singh and others) and the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioners has been rejected by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Farrukhabad vide his order dated

23.08.2023 against which a Civil Appeal No. 25 of 2023 (Subedar Singh and others Vs. Nahar Singh and others) has been filed by the petitioners.

¶5As the petitioners are already exercising their remedy before civil court, it is not a case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
