Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the writ petition. This is informant's F.I.R. registered in Case Crime No. 0229 of 2021, under Sections 201, 304B, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jalalpur, District Jaunpur. Learned A.G.A. submits that he has received instruction and from the instruction, it is clear that investigation is going on. During argument, learned A.G.A. states that at present real culprits are residing in State of Mumbai. We have perused the F.I.R. and it is surprising that F.I.R. was registered on 22.09.2021 before two years back and investigation has not yet been concluded. The concerned Senior Senior Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur shall look into the matter and ensure that the investigation must be concluded within next 90 days. The concerned Senior Superintendent of Police of State of Mumbai shall also see the allegation made in the F.I.R. and bring the real culprits to be booked within next 90 days.
