This is an F.I.R. dated 06.03.2023 on behalf of petitioner Sheeshram, who is informant of Case Crime No. 77 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Gabhanba, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no action has been taken by the police. We have perused the F.I.R. and serious allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. The Superintendent of Police, Aligarh and Station House OfÏcer, Police Station Gabhana, District Aligarh are directed to conclude the investigation adhering the procedure of law and submit report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. within next 90 days.
