The petitioner is an accused in Case Crime No. 455 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Devgaon, District Azamgarh. Submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl Ragini, who is alleged wife of petitioner Rohit Paswan @ Dinesh Saroj, is aged about 17 years. Learned A.G.A. states that her date of birth is 2007 who is minor girl. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to quash the F.I.R. in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
