¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to release compensation in respect of Gata No.374 in favour of wrong persons i.e. respondents 1st set.

¶3The petitioners have not disclosed the provision of law under which acquisition was made nor have annexed the award and, therefore, it is not possible for this Court to decide the issues sought to be raised.
