¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for expediting the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Computerized Case No.T201805440500375 (Gaon Sabha vs. Parsan), Computerized Case No.T201805440500377 (Gaon Sabha vs. Sudarshan), u/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time.

¶3A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner is complainant in the proceedings and he has no locus to file the present petition as he is not party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, the present writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
