¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner, who has retired as Medical Officer from the provincial medical and health services of the State on 28.02.2022, has not been paid certain service benefits including the post retirement dues. In this connection, he submits that he has already approached the authority competent in the matter namely respondent No.1 by means of a detailed representations made on

12.03.2021 and 28.08.2023 for the respective claims.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.1, namely, Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Health & Family Welfare, Government of UP, Lucknow to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representations dated 12.03.2021 and 28.08.2023 and decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
