¶1Learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha has filed instructions which are taken on record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer for a mandamus restraining the Gaon Sabha to construct hospital over the land of Khasra No. 1498 of Village-Mulhera, Tehsil-Sardhana, District-Meerut, which is recorded as field on the instructions.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha submits that proceeding for exchange of land is pending with the other land of the Gaon Sabha.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
