This is an appeal directed against the order dated 16.08.2023 whereby the trial court has rejected the application seeking temporary injunction during the pendency of the suit being Original Suit No. 593 of 2022 (Kavindra vs. Manju Alam and others). Counsel for the appellant after making submissions to some extent, states that the appellant does not wish to press the appeal, and that he would pursue the suit which is stated to be pending before the trial court.
