This amendment application has been filed for challenging the notice dated 17.10.2023, which has been served upon the petitioner after the earlier notice dated 24.4.2023 was withdrawn. The amendment application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to incorporate the amendment in the writ petition during the course of the day. (Order on Writ Petition) Seeing to the fact that a fresh notice has been served upon the petitioner under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, we find that petitioner has ample opportunity to reply to the notice under Section 13(3-A). If the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that certain entries in the account were not made inadvertently by the bank with regard to the payments which the petitioner had made then the petitioner can also raise this issue in the objection which he would now file. Since the petitioner has been relegated to file the reply to the notice, we consider it appropriate not to interfere in the writ petition. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
