Heard Mr. Umair Mahmood, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to to direct the respondent no.2 to decide the second appeal filed under Section 19(3) of Right to Information Act, which is pending since 2021. On the basis of instructions, Mr. Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that the second appeal has already been decided and the recall application moved against the order passed in second appeal has also been rejected.
