¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application without disclosing the name and residence of victim.

¶3With the aforesaid liberty, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.

¶4Office is directed to delete the name of opposite party no.2 (victim) from the record and in place of name of opposite party no.2 'Ms X' may be mentioned.
