The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2023 against the respondent no.4 for filing false affidavit along with nomination form of Gram Panchayat Election, 2021. Learned Standing Counsel points out that the proper procedure is provided under the relevant Act for filing such complaint which will be entertained accordingly.
