1.Ms. Anjali Upadhay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 2 points out that the documents annexed with the writ petition does not relate to the subject land but to some different acquisition proceedings. 2 Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh petition annexing the correct documents.

¶3Prayer made is allowed.

¶4Accordingly, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayers made.
