¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the charge-sheet dated

06.10.2023.

¶3Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier issued with the show cause notice dated 01.09.2023 to which he submitted a detailed reply, but nothing was considered and now charge-sheet has been filed. Though he submits that petitioner has submitted reply to the charge-sheet on 12.03.2023, the reply does not bear any date.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner should approach the authority who shall be deciding the matter of holding inquiry in terms of the charge-sheet issued on 06.10.2023.

¶5In view of the above, this petitions stands disposed of with the direction to petitioner to submit a comprehensive reply afresh to the charge-sheet dated 06.10.2023 within a period of three weeks from today and in the event any such reply is filed, final order shall be passed by the competent authority within further period of two months after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
