¶1Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.

¶2The present review application is preferred to review/modify the order dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition (C) No. 29605 of 2023 (Arjun Yadav v. State of U.P. & Ors.).

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that the private respondents have not encroached the public utility land. The request has been made to modify the second line of third paragraph and third line of fourth paragraph to the extent that the private respondents have encroached upon the "private land" of the petitioner instead of "public utility land".

¶4Accordingly, 2nd line of third paragraph and third line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 21.09.2023 is modified to the extent that the respondents have encroached upon the private/bhumidhari land of the petitioner.
